Can I cancel my order?
Maybe. As long as your order hasn't gone into production and/or shipped, message us and we should be able to cancel.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our T-shirts and Jerseys are made to order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on those items. Please check the size chart provided with most items. If in doubt, please order one size larger.
Other items (equipment, parts and supplies) can be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the transaction. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged or is defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective we will replace that item at no charge to you.
Just message us with an explanation and photo of the issue and we will make sure it gets taken care of.
